Sharp and Quick: RCT Advanced Monday Recap

Fifteen of our RCT Advanced players were in on Monday for a session built around speed and agility — the kind of work that shows up in games when they need that extra half-yard. ⚡

A good sign of a healthy group: our newer players have settled in really well and looked right at home. That says as much about the lads around them as it does about the new faces.

Heads up for next week — it's assessment day, a chance for the coaches to see where everyone's at and set the next targets.
