Dragon Academy App — Delete Your Account

This page explains how to delete your Dragon Academy app account and everything the app holds for your family. You do not need the app installed to make the request.

Option 1 — delete it yourself in the app

Open the Dragon Academy app and go to Profile → Delete account. You will need your password, and you will be asked to type DELETE to confirm. The deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone.

Option 2 — ask us to delete it (no app needed)

Email dylan@dragondevelopment.co.uk from the address your account is registered to, with the subject "Delete my Dragon Academy app account". We may ask one question to confirm it is really you. We will complete the deletion and confirm by email within 30 days, and usually much sooner.

What is deleted

• Your parent login and email address

• Every child profile (dragon) on the account, including name and date of birth

• All XP, evolution progress, badges, trophies, streaks and game records

• Leaderboard entries

• Messages between you and your academy coaches

• Any photos submitted with a training task or an award claim

• Notifications and app activity

Player logins created for a child on the account are removed at the same time.

What this does not cover

Deleting your app account does not cancel your Dragon Academy membership or any payments. Those are held separately by our booking and payment provider. To cancel a membership, email dylan@dragondevelopment.co.uk separately.

We may also need to keep a limited record outside the app where the law requires it — for example accounting records for payments already taken, or a safeguarding record where one exists. These are kept only for as long as we are required to keep them, and are never used to rebuild a deleted account.
