Reporting a message or blocking someone

To report a message, press and hold it in the conversation and choose "Report this message". To raise a concern about a whole conversation, tap the warning triangle at the top of the thread. Either way you can pick a reason and add a note, and it goes straight to the academy for review by a member of staff.

To block someone, press and hold one of their messages and choose "Block". Their messages disappear from your view immediately and they can no longer message you. You can undo this at any time at Profile → Blocked.

If something needs dealing with urgently, please also email or ring us using the details above.

Deleting your account

Go to Profile → Delete account inside the app. You'll need your password and to type DELETE to confirm. This permanently removes your login, your children's dragons, and all progress, records, messages, submitted photos and notifications. It cannot be undone.

Deleting your app account does not cancel your academy membership — email us for that.

Common questions

My child's XP hasn't gone up.

XP comes from real training attendance logged by the coaches, so it appears once the session has been marked off. The mini-games are for records and glory only — they never award XP. If a session looks missing, message your coach in the app or email us.

Can I stop my child appearing on the leaderboard?

Yes. Go to Profile → Leaderboard listing and turn it off. They still take part and still set records — they just show as "A Dragon" instead of their name. Children are never shown with a full name, photo or age.

What are the photo attachments for?

Two places let you attach a picture, both optional. On a home training task you can show your drill or setup. On a grassroots award you attach the trophy, medal or certificate so a coach can verify it and award the XP. Please photograph the kit or the award, not your child. Anything you send goes privately to your own academy's coaches, is never shown to other families or published anywhere, and can be deleted on request.

Who holds the account, me or my child?

You do. Children are profiles on your account and cannot sign up on their own. If you'd like your older child to log in and see their own dragon, you can create a player login for them from inside your account, and you stay in control of it.

Can my child message other players?

No. The only messaging in the app is a private thread between your family and your own academy coaches. There is no player-to-player messaging, no group chat, no way to search for other users, and no way to send photos, video or files in a message.
