RCT — Your Week in Training 🐉

Another busy week for our RCT Dragons — three age groups in, good numbers across the board, and our Advanced group taking on their assessment day. Here's how it went.

Mini

Our Minis were all about listening and energy this week — following instructions, racing about and working the ball from one foot to the other. Lovely to see the newer faces settling in and the whole group locking onto three-step instructions by the end. 25 Minis through across the evening. Big well done to our Players of the Week — Elijah, Forrest, Mali, Alvey and George.

Junior

High intensity was the theme for the Juniors — end to end, plenty of running, and real appetite to get better. 12 in this week, and a special mention to Sidney, who properly knuckled down and took his game up a level.

Advanced

Assessment day for the Advanced group — a warm-up drill into a game, with the coaches watching closely and taking plenty of notes. 23 players out, and the passing and shooting on show was genuinely sharp. Cadan, Alfie and Harley led the way.
