Dragon Academy is a South Wales football development programme supporting players from grassroots to aspiring pro. Across Bridgend, Rhondda and Neath Port Talbot, we deliver structured weekly sessions, clear progression, and a positive coaching environment that helps every player grow in confidence and ability. Our goal is simple — develop hardworking players and create a community families are proud to be part of.
