• I understand that any injuries or incidents will be handled professionally and appropriately, and emergency contact will be informed

• I agree to provide timely payment as discussed

• I give consent for Dragon Academy LTD to use mine or my childs details including but not limited to photos and videos for content on the website and/or social media
